Once the disease tower unlocks, you’ll get a couple of tabs beneath your Armory labelled 1 and 2 and it’ll pop up on page 2. However, there’s a known bug where the tabs won’t appear if you haven’t yet unlocked all the towers from campaign 1. A fix is on the way, and if this is what’s happened to you, completing the campaign 1 unlocks will restore the disease tower.
