Thanks for all your feedback. Yes we’ve had a couple reports of savegame corruption, and I understand your frustration completely. It’s top of my priority list for things to fix so I can only apologise and ask for you to wait for the next version of the game. In the meantime this thread details how to find the savegame files which you could use to manually keep backups:
