Could we get a more concise, graphical representation of what you mean here?

I have had power generators maxed out close to a weapons station, and it wasn’t helping — it was drawing from the station.

Actually it wasn’t until I read a review of this game that I found out that you need power generators to power weapon stations (figure a branch off a power line with a missile launcher and a pair of laser turrets), and that the space station (base) can only power 3 "branches" at a time.

In short, we need a more comprehensive explanation. In 25 words or less, I could describe this game as cool, but difficult, and not difficult in a fun way. More like tedious.

Let’s see: to get the weapons I need just to barely eek it out, I have had to buy a Laser Turret (50), Missile Launcher (300), Interceptor Laser (150), just bought a Rail Cannon (500), Power Generator (300), Power Storage (150), one level of Increase Total Station Max Power (60), one level of Increase Power Recharge (70), two Auto Station Defense Laser Turrets (300), and one Emergency Battery (200). In my head calcuations that is 2080 credits.

sheesh and I don’t get much past 29 minutes in the Very Easy / Fixed mode in Survival, when "D-Day" crew shows up. And then have to do it 3 more times over again just to get a power generator.
