This could have been an issue as well. I had restrictions enabled since a 2-year old plays with the iPad occasionally. I had some issues getting the restrictions to disable. For some reason it kept going back to enabling. I rebooted and tried again. I was not able to delete the original Sentinel 3 in order to reinstall.
I’m under the impression that this was due to a low space issue. The problem was that I had to connect to iTunes to remove unwanted apps in order to even get the restrictions to work correctly. To make it even worse, I was on vacation at the time of all of this and didn’t have my PC to sync with.
All is well now and lessons learned.
