How’s your ship weapon set up – do you use them a lot? If you’re having problems with a specific type of wave you can break out a ship weapon to counter if you’re short on cash – for example low health swarms are vulnerable to napalm, and attack drones can put a decent dent in early bosses.

Also, how’s your survival between losing the first two barriers and game over? If you’re not selling up and relocating your towers to a better position by the final barrier, maybe that would help?
