PaulMemberHi, and welcome to the forums!
I’ve just tried this with a new account and the first few missions seem to unlock achievements properly. If you are sure that yours haven’t unlocked, and you have an active internet connection, then you should contact openfeint support and I’m sure they will be able to give you these achievements. I have no mechanism to unlock these for you.
Also, you could try repeating mission 1 to see what happens, that will only take a couple of minutes.
Sorry I can’t be more help than that

PaulMemberCool, offline achievements and syncing them with the server is all handled by openfeint. I’m glad it’s all OK now

MemberHere’s a better one:
Finished the game. Got everything: all weapons, all station upgrades etc.
Profile loaded: Guest. Okay, perhaps this game might have a principle of saving my progress so when (if?) I EVER decide to come back, openFeint would handily restore my place.
Nope. Loaded my openFeint profile and PSHAWWooo…gone is all that progress. And I can’t switch back to "Guest" profile. [img:fipxk3u5]http://www.emotty.com/images/emoticons/709-495.gif[/img:fipxk3u5]
That’s okay, not like I’ll come back and play it. After all that effort, I found the game dull anyways. No offense intended, just not my cup of tea err — I don’t drink tea, how about cup of smoothie. There.

Tips: You’ll need about 11,000 credits to get everything. Early on to crank up cash, just put the play the campaign until you get survival mode. Then, plug your iDevice into your computer, hit SURVIVAL, then HARD, then hit the > button in the lower left corner to speed things up. Don’t do anything — go to work on your computer or something. After about two minutes you’ll be about 100 credits richer. Wash, rinse and repeat (getting all three station laser turrets helps, followed by boosting up structure health, station energy production, and construction speed [to out-build the enemy]) until you get enough.
EDIT: I came back after a long hiatus because I wanted to give the game one last chance before fading deep into obscurity among the ranks of many other games not my liking. Turns out I was right the first time. Harbor Master (was just free recently) will likely end up that route too because it’s too boring for me. What can I say? I’m picky. I recognize that much effort was put into even a simple game like this — but that’s the way it is. (And yes I’ve tried hard-core games like RAGE HD (was also free last week IIRC) and I HATED it.)

PaulMemberIf you log out from your openfeint dashboard you will be returned to your guest account

MemberOh okay, too late now as I deleted the game already

Could you tell me if openFeint will backup my progress if I had used it? And if you logged into an account, it is reasonable to assume that it will transfer your progress to that new account

PaulMemberOpenfeint will remember your achievements and scores, but you won’t get any game saves if you transfer device or re-install.
