MemberHad to create a forum account just to say, sentinel 4 has easily become my new fav TD game by far (sentinel 3 was my old fav). It has been improved in so many ways, with a lot of well executed changes. I was a bit worried when I read that turrets could b destroyed because I normally can stand TDs with that feature. I find it annoying constantly baby sitting towers and repairing them non stop, but it was implemented very well here and adds to the fun. Having tons of upgradables adds a lot of replayability. The larger tower sizes of the more powerful towers is also a welcome change. On endless in sentinel 3 I would just build nothing but sniper, amp, and slow towers, larger tower sizes forces me to use other things as well. Having a lot of fun with this game. Already beaten campaign on easy, medium, and hard, now working on psycho.
Only thing I’m not entirely clear on is, nexus global rewards. As far as I can tell, it seems to b a global exp bar for each map, and when everyone plays that map enough to fill up the bar, credits and fragments r distributed to everyone? I’m at nexus lvl 22 so far and I’m curious if distribution is based solely on that or also how much exp u contributed to the map that leveled up.

MemberForgot to mention before, I found an exploit that u may want to fix at some point. It works on several maps, especially the final campaign mission. On maps with prebuilt structures (like money generators or repair stations), when a wave with the random flying enemies comes u can let them attack the structure (killing off all but one to make them kill it slower) while u put drones in gather mode to collect money, and occasionally using sentinel heal to repair the structure. U can stay on that wave for as long as u want while drones collect, since those structures can’t defend themselves. Final mission on wave 11 the first tentacle appears, put 2 amps next to each other a few blocks away from tentacle with an AA nearby to kill the flyers it sends out. It will attack them while drones collect.
Adding turrets to defenseless structures would fix that, but for the final mission with the tentacle…. Add a time limit for how long it stays before ending the wave, maybe?

MemberActually, I’m not sure y this hasn’t occurred to me before….. But using amps distracts random flying monsters the same as neutral structures XD lol. So I guess they would need a time limit like the tentacle as well.
PS: Completed campaign on psycho and up to nexus lvl 30, which gives 30% bonus distribution. So, is there a limit to the nexus lvl u can reach?
