I shot you an email earlier, but I’ll reply here too in case anyone else has this issue.
First, under Settings > Applications > All, clear both Data and Cache from the Download Manager and Play Store app then reboot your device. Is Campaign 2 now recognised?
Well it ended up sorting itself out on its own after about 24 hours. Everything is showing up as purchased now. Thanks for the tips though, may come in handy in the future.
