If you haven’t already done so, try fully rebooting the new device and restarting the game. If that doesn’t help, are you playing the Google or Amazon release of the game? Also, what OS version are you running? Ta.
I tried rebooting as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the app (bit it appeared to remember my Amazon whispersync account after re-installation…not sure if it was supposed to or if this indicates some “memory” of the original install). I am playing on the Amazon Underground free version of the app. My original account on my phone is on Android 5.0.2, the new tablet is using the NOX player based on the Android 4.4.2 kernel.
