Shame the old OpenFeint service went under, you’d have been able to check high scores easily.
It’s been a while since I had a crack at Sentinel 2 but I’ll take a look when I’ve got the time. What tactics are you using at the moment, and is anything in particular tripping you up? Feel free to post a screenshot if you’ve got them, maybe someone will have a suggestion.
Now, i just assumed that with a proper tactic and on level “Easy” on “Endurance” it should be possible to stand up against any and all waves – that would be my goal on such a game.
But whatever i tried, i die somewhere below wave 135 on Overpass.
You’ll always eventually get overwhelmed in Endurance mode – there’s no “win” point and enemy difficulty will slowly keep ramping up until you can’t survive. Maps also have different survivability; for example on some Sentinel 3 Endless maps it’s relatively easy to hit wave 300+ on normal, on others it’s almost impossible to hit wave 100. Maps are only balanced with themselves, not each other.
That said, you might be able to improve your current best, though it’s hard to make suggestions without knowing your tactics. Interest management can be very helpful in Endurance – if you manage to save up a bit at the start the interest can really rack up.
