This is referring to the global Openfeint leaderbords available in Endless and Classic modes. If you have Openfeint enabled, Endless and Classic map selection will have a "View Scores" button at the bottom by "Start". Here you can check out the high scores for each combination of map and difficulty, and the green "filmstrip" button will show you the tower layout that was in place when the score was achieved.
