    Yes, I did notice that, and it prompts me to enter the armory and fill in empty slots before playing.  That’s what led me to learn that some of the weapons were not available, in fact.

    That’s correct.  The Emergency Repair Stronghold tool for instance (I think that’s the most recent issue I had):  I unlocked it, then that night went to play it on the iPad, and it was still showing as locked.  The levels however were up to date.

    This is not consistent, I just checked and weapons I unlocked in the last day or two on the iPhone do show on the iPad.  I will keep an eye out to capture another instance of it and let you know some specifics.

    I’m having the same problem as OP.  I play mostly on my phone, but when I try to play on my iPad the data is *just* a bit behind.  Like I’m always one turret or weapon behind on the iPad, though the levels seem to sync properly.  But it’s happened often enough that I just don’t play on the iPad, which is a shame because the bigger screen would be great when I’m at home!
